Fruity cheesy skewers

You just need wooden skewers, some strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and your favourite cheese. Arrange them on the skewer and you’ve got a yummy grain- and gluten-free snack.

Apple crisps

Ask an adult to help you with this one. Slice apples very thinly, place them on wax paper on a baking tray and make sure they don’t overlap. Sprinkle a little nutmeg or powdered cinnamon over and bake in the oven at 100°C for an hour, then flip them over and bake for another hour or until they look crispy. Delicious!

Fudgsicles (sugar- and dairy-free too!)

This is a really simple recipe for ice lollies. Just combine canned coconut milk, a few ripe bananas and cocoa powder. Mix it all up in a blender and freeze. Pour it into a popsicle maker or use empty yogurt pots and wooden ice-lolly sticks.
