Lie on your back with a pillow under your head. Put a hand on your tummy. Breathe in while you slowly count to four. Fill your diaphragm (it’s just below your lungs, by your tummy) with air, so it blows up like a balloon. Now breathe out slowly as you count to eight, letting all the air out. Keep doing this until you feel relaxed.
