Sometimes you might know that something is wrong without knowing exactly what it is. If you can sit down and figure out what’s bugging you it’s easier to come up with a way to fix it.
It’s a good idea to talk about what worries you with an adult you trust. Adults can provide support or even just give you a hug. Maybe they can’t change things, but they can help you come up with a way of dealing with it. Sharing what’s on your mind also helps you feel better.
Write a list of things that will help the situation. Maybe you need to put in a few extra hours of homework so you can understand what’s happening in class a bit better, or maybe you need to say sorry to a friend whose feelings you've hurt.
