A simple, easy party snack to throw together. The key is to get good quality ingredients. Get a loaf of (vegan-friendly) wholewheat bread, almond butter and a bunch of bananas, and put it together. Cut the sandwiches into small triangles or use cookie cutters to make fun shapes.
Make your own pizza dough, add yummy veg toppings and simply ditch the cheese. If you’re not vegan, you’ll hardly notice the difference, especially if the sauce is yummy.
Ask an adult to help you. Slice sweet potatoes into thin strips, place on a greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until soft. Then heat a large pan of coconut oil, remove the fries from the oven and put them in the pan with crushed garlic and cumin. Turn often for 3–5 minutes until crispy. Serve immediately.
